Where are my tickets?
If your tickets are not visible in the AXS app after you have purchased them, here are a few reasons why that could be.
- Navigating the app
- Logging in with the incorrect email address.
- Our website is being blocked by your IP address (it thinks we're a robot).
- Internal issue requiring a refresh.
Navigating the App
On the AXS App, you can see your tickets for upcoming events under the "Your Tickets" section, denoted by the ticket icon near the bottom of the screen (excluding tickets on delivery delay).
How do I fix it?
- Check the email address is correct that is being used to log in.
