To login to the app, be sure to use the same email you used when purchasing your tickets. It’s easy to mix up email addresses especially if you have multiple emails, so be sure to double-check you are using the correct one (it will be the same email address your confirmation email was sent to). If you’re having trouble logging in with that address, please try a password reset - you’ll see an option for a password reset on the login screen.
We also suggest you follow the below steps:
- Make sure to turn off any VPN service on your device as it may be blocking access to our website.
- Try logging into the AXS website - not just the app.
- Try using your mobile data on your phone.
- Try deleting and re-downloading the app, as you may not have the latest version.
- Try logging in with a new device, such as a laptop.
- Try logging in from a personal device as opposed to a work device if you are using one.
- Empty your cache and cookies.
