What is Venue Collection?

Collecting my Tickets

Venue Collection means that your tickets will be waiting for you at the venue box office, usually an hour or so before the show starts. There are limited circumstances when tickets are made available for Venue Collection. This is sometimes only reserved for speciality or VIP Tickets, where advised.

If that's you, that's awesome! Head to the box office on event day to collect - unless you have received other instructions of course. Take the card you booked with, your order number and valid ID (passport/driver’s license) to pick up your tickets.
