AXS Mobile ID Delivery
Every event and venue are different and may offer different types of delivery options for tickets.
The primary method of ticket delivery for AXS Australia New Zealand is Mobile ID. You will need to have the AXS app installed on your device.
The QR code in your AXS app is your ticket to gain entry to the venue.
Ticket delivery methods are pre-determined by the venue and may include options like AXS Mobile ID, Standard Mail, Venue Collection or e-ticket.
There are limited circumstances where e-ticket, standard mail and venue collection are made available. These options are generally reserved for speciality or VIP tickets.
Transferred
Transferring tickets is a helpful feature for anyone who bought tickets in a group or as a gift to someone.
Sometimes not everyone ends up at the event at the same time, so instead of one person managing all the tickets, you may be able to transfer them to individuals, if the event allows.
Whoever you’re transferring your tickets to will need to create an AXS Account. Once their account is set up and confirmed, you can transfer the ticket to the email address they used to create their AXS Account. Be sure to confirm that the recipient email address you entered is correct.
If you accidentally entered an incorrect email address, you may revoke the transfer and try again.
Shared
If your event has the option of an e-ticket (delivered as a PDF), these can be shared with members of your party. Please ensure all e-tickets are printed in advance of the event.
