Accessible Seating Request
To arrange Accessible and Companion Card tickets please submit your request to AXS Customer Support via this form.
To process the booking, we will require the following details:
- Patron details - Full name, contact number, email, postal address
- Event details (Date - Location / Venue - Artist / Event)
- Requirements for the number of tickets (e.g. 1 x Wheelchair + Companion or 2 x Accessible Seats)
- AU Customers only - Copy of the government issued Companion Card to be emailed through (If applicable)
An AXS Customer Support representative will process your request and confirm via email to arrange your purchase. A payment link will be sent to finalise the request and a confirmation email will be provided.
IMPORTANT NOTE: AXS Australia New Zealand will never ask you to send credit card details via email.
