How to Register
When you register for an AXS profile, you can do this without having to purchase a ticket. You can choose to be kept up to date with any of our event communications that are sent to our customers.
Or you can register at the time of a ticket purchase.
You will need:
- Valid email address.
- Mobile device connected to an active service.
You will be required to complete a multi-factor authorisation process to verify that you are not a robot.
Input your details - be sure to include both an email and a contact number in the form so we can contact you if needed in case there are any changes to an event.
Signing In / Out
If already have an AXS profile, you just need need to sign in with your email address that you registered with or bought tickets with.
If you need to sign out, hover over your name (this can also be found at the upper-left hand corner of your screen) and then select "Logout" from the drop-down menu.
IMPORTANT (and a side note)
Please check the spelling of your email address before completing your registration.
If you have purchased a ticket and have not received your confirmation email, check your Spam or Junk mailbox. If the email is not appearing in those folders, it is possible that an invalid email address was entered.
