We aim to get tickets to you well before your event. However, sometimes there can be unexpected delays. In most cases, we are able to duplicate tickets for collection at the venue - but we are only able to do this three business days prior to the event.
Please contact us here if it is three days before the event and your tickets have not arrived or if you are not attending the event yourself and need someone else to pick up the tickets for you (include their name in your request). When sending the email, please use this subject line "Duplicate request/Event name/Venue/Date of event/Order Number" and we will respond to your query as soon as possible.
