When can tickets be listed for sale with AXS?

Selling a ticket via AXS Official Resale may not be immediately available when tickets are released (e.g. The SELL option is greyed out on your AXS app) and sometimes, it may not be made available to resell at all.

This could be due to the promoter requesting that the show is unavailable for resale, the ticket is classed as VIP, or your ticket was priced as a special offer.

Selling a Ticket

If the Resale option is available for your tickets, these can be easily listed on AXS Official Resale once released into your account (this time can vary between a few days from an event going on sale to closer to the event).

They can then be sold right up until one hour after doors open, giving both sellers and buyers flexibility in the resale market.

For ease of sale and security, we highly recommend selling your tickets via the AXS Official Resale option.
