Yes, Companion Cards are accepted for eligible events. Please note that we can only accept Companion Cards issued in Australia.
You can purchase tickets including companion cards directly from the events page, alternatively you can submit a request through the Help Centre.
To submit a request via Customer Form:
- Go to the AXS Help Centre: https://axssupportanz.axs.com/hc/en-au/requests/new
- Click the Dropdown menu
- Select Event Name
- Complete the form and Submit
Please provide your Companion Card number and booking requirements in the description box, and we will check availability based on your accessibility requirements.
If you need a Wheelchair ticket, we can process this alongside a companion card, and if you need a General Admission ticket, we can do the same.
Please note that submitting a request doesn’t guarantee a ticket, availability and type of accessible tickets will vary.
