You are able to purchase wheelchair and companion tickets online via the event page, or we can process it for you over the phone/customer support form. To assist with your booking, could you please let us know the following:
- If you require a companion/carer ticket
- If so, how many?
To submit a request via Customer Form:
- Go to the AXS Helpdesk: https://axssupportanz.axs.com/hc/en-au/requests/new
- Click the Dropdown menu
- Select event name
- Complete the form and submit
Once we receive this information, we'll review your request. Please note that submitting a request doesn’t guarantee a ticket, availability and type of accessible tickets will vary by venue.
