If you submit a request to have your data deleted, please note that we may need to retain some of your data if you have pending transactions, for fraud prevention, and for other business purposes, but we will only retain this data as permitted by applicable law. For example, AXS must retain a record of customers for up to 6 months after an event has taken place for fraud prevention. Even if we retain some of your data, we will still make sure you are opted-out of future marketing communications.
