How do I submit an accessible ticket request?

If you require accessible seating or have specific access needs, you can submit a request through the AXS Helpdesk.

To submit your request:

  1. Visit the AXS Helpdesk

  2. Select the venue you’re enquiring about

  3. Choose Accessibility Requirement from the dropdown menu

  4. Complete and submit the request form
