- Spotify provides presale codes to selected fans who are identified as top listeners or followers of the artist or band. If you are eligible, Spotify will send the code directly to your email. Please note that eligibility is determined solely by Spotify, and not all followers or listeners will receive a presale code.

Frontier Touring Presale

- You need to be a Frontier Member to access a Frontier Member presale. If you’re not a Frontier Member yet, you can sign up here!
- When signing up, every Frontier Member is allocated their own unique presale code which is used to access the majority of Frontier Member presales.

To prepare for a Frontier Member presale, we recommend that you:
- Sign up as a Frontier Member (if you have not already)
- Sign in to your account on the Frontier Touring website
- Visit the relevant tour page to find the presale timings, ticketing link and (if applicable) show-specific presale code
- When the presale begins, head straight to the authorised ticketing agency's website, enter your presale code and complete your purchase
- You will normally need to sign in to the authorised ticketing agency website to complete your purchase
- You should check ahead of time if you have an account with the authorised ticketing agency. If not, refer to their website for details of how to sign up and ensure you're logged in ahead of the presale
- As a Frontier Member, you'll receive emails about upcoming presales based on your tour preferences (which you can update here).
