AXS Transfer Claim is now available!
Transfer Claim is the ability to transfer tickets via text message.
How it works
Step 1: Transferring tickets now includes the option to send via SMS from either the AXS App or AXS Fan Account. Simply select the Recipient from your Contact List, or to add a New Recipient choose “Send Tickets By Phone Number” and enter the new phone number.
Step 2: The SMS contains a unique link to claim the ticket(s). This link is good for 48 hours.
Step 3: Once you receive the SMS, click the Claim URL to log into the AXS App to claim the ticket(s).
If you do not yet have an AXS Account you will be directed AXS Fan Account to create an account and claim your ticket(s).
What happens to the tickets after the 48 hour transfer claim expiration?
If the tickets are not claimed within the 48 hour window, AXS notifies the sender via email that the transfer claim window has expired, and the sender can recall the transfer.
What if the transfer claim recipient does not have the AXS App?
If tickets are transferred to someone who does not have the AXS App, the transfer claim opens AXS Fan Account in their mobile web browser so they can login or create an account and claim the tickets. From there, a “Download the App” banner displays so they can login and view their tickets in the AXS App.
