On the AXS App, you can manage tickets for upcoming events under the "Your Tickets" section, denoted by the ticket icon near the bottom of the screen.
Upcoming
Under this tab, you’ll see event details and ticket barcodes for all your upcoming events.
If you just purchased your tickets not long ago and aren’t seeing them under My Events, hang tight. Sometimes - especially with larger events and venues - a little extra time is needed to generate the ticket QR code.
When it’s time for your event, simply select your tickets and show the QR code to the staff at the gate.
If you are having trouble accessing your ticket at the gate, the venue’s box office staff will be able to assist you. It will help if you have your ID, the card used for the purchase, and the purchase confirmation email so they can identify you, verify your purchase, and into the event as quickly as possible.
Transferred
Transferring tickets is a helpful feature for anyone who bought tickets in a group or as a gift to someone. Sometimes not everyone ends up at the event at the same time, so instead of one person managing all the tickets, you may be able to transfer them to individuals, if the event allows. Whoever you’re transferring your tickets to will need to create an AXS Account. Once their account is set up and confirmed, you can transfer the ticket to the email address they used to create their AXS Account. Be sure to confirm that the recipient email address you entered is correct. If you accidentally entered an incorrect email address, you may revoke the transfer and try again. Alternatively, you can reach out to our Contact Centre Team here.
Shared
E-tickets, (delivered as a PDF), can be shared with members of your party. Please ensure all e-tickets are printed in advance of the event. Should you not have a printed ticket with you, most venues will scan the PDF as displayed in your AXS App or should that not be possible the venue box office will be able to reprint the ticket(s) for you. Please note that a fee might be charged to print e-tickets.
AXS Mobile ID Delivery & E-Tickets
Every event and venue are different and may offer different types of delivery options for tickets. When you are purchasing tickets, each option will have a description, so be sure to take note on what method of delivery you are choosing so you know exactly where your tickets will be delivered.
If you purchased an e-ticket, you’ll see a separate e-ticket section on the "Your Tickets" page where you can access a digital version of your ticket.
