AXS Ticketing Platform
AXS Australia NZ is proud to be partnering with the Sporting Club of Sydney for Members ticketing. Allowing Members the opportunity to purchase additional day passes and reserved seats for events at Allianz Stadium and the Sydney Cricket Ground.
How to Log Into AXS
If you are a Sporting Club of Sydney Member, here is a guide on how to use AXS:
- Follow or copy and paste the following link into your browser: https://fanaccount.axs.com.au/login/?skin=scg
- Once you arrive at the Members AXS login page, enter your account information, and sign in. Your email is the one attached to your membership.
If you have not signed in previously or have forgotten your password, select ‘Forgot Password’. - Once you are logged in, you will see on the dashboard events with what offers or tickets are available to you.
Note: Number of tickets offered, cannot exceed Total Allocations.

How to buy a Ticket
Once you are logged in, from your Dashboard navigate to "Your Account"
- Select your offer if it’s visible, scroll offers using the appropriate arrows, or click “See All” to see all of the offers available to you.
- Once you have found the offer you would like to purchase, select “Get Tickets”
- Selecting “Get Tickets” will direct you into the purchase flow of the offer.
- There you will select however many tickets you need to purchase by choosing the Price Code relative to the ticket you are purchasing. Each price code is tied to a specific Allocation/Membership. Select “Next” when you are ready to proceed.
- Once you have selected your Price Codes, you will select your Price Level, proceed by selecting “Continue”.
- Method of Delivery will be E-Ticket and available in your account to print.
- Confirm tickets are assigned correctly to your friends and select “Continue”.
- Follow the prompts to make a payment via credit or debit card.
- You will receive a Confirmation Email with details of your order.
- If you would like to print your tickets, you may click ‘Print Tickets’, underneath the upcoming tickets row. Your can be downloaded or printed for ease of use.

Transferring Tickets to a Friend
Once you are logged in, from your Dashboard navigate to "Your Account"
- Click on "+ Friends"
- Enter your friend(s) email address and select 'Send Invite'
- Your Friend(s) will then receive an automated email to confirm and accept the invitation.
- Once sent, head to your “Dashboard” tab. You can either select your offer (event) if it’s visible, scroll offers using the appropriate arrows, or click “See All” to see all of the offers available to you.

Once your event is selected, allocate your total ticket amount (for the group), and select “Continue”. You can now assign tickets to your Friend(s). Tickets cannot exceed Total Allocations across the Friend(s) in your grouping.
Please note: You are only responsible for paying for the tickets that are assigned to you and not the entire group. - Confirm tickets are assigned correctly to your friend(s) and select “Continue”.
- Follow the prompts to make a payment via credit or debit card.
- You will receive a Confirmation Email with details of your order.
- Friend(s) will receive an email from AXS with a payment invitation to pay for the seats you have reserved for them. They will have 2 Days to pay for the seats before they are released and made available to other members.
